Image Format Conversion:
Can support image conversion from one format to another and from one application to another. Images can be resized and converted in terms of color, depth and DPI.
Examples of a Digital Image formats would be:

Microsoft format e.g. Word, EXCEL,
Searchable text in PDF Acrobat.

Our Quality
We believe that Quality is the only route to success. We make sure that each output that comes out of the production group is checked thoroughly by our Quality Group. The Quality Group is in constant touch with the Production unit to make sure that they understand the mistakes and prevent errors coming up again. We make check of each output carefully, until it is ready to ship. We have various programming tools to check for all other aspects of the Document Conversion Process. Besides, we develop programs as and when required to keep our Quality to the highest standards.
Turnarounds
Work periods greater than seven hours are of no consequence to Vicapri as we currently operate our data center on a two-shift per day basis. A third shift, 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., is available for special projects. Operations personnel are trained on all applications so that as a shift finishes, the next shift continues with the same workload. In the unusual event that overtime is required, the cost of time and one half wages is absorbed by Vicapri and is not passed on to our clients. We currently provide twenty-four (24) hour services for most of our clients and same day service for sensitive applications.
